Teacher/Staff Applications

Thank you for your interest in a position at Union Independent School, located in Durham, NC. This coeducational, uniform, tuition-free, holistic, and independent laboratory school will eventually contain Grades K-8; however, we will begin our 2009-2010 inaugural school year with Grades K-2. All faculty and staff applying for a position should provide a cover letter telling us why you would like to work at UIS. In addition, all applicants are asked to submit a current/updated resume. If applying for a teaching position, please include the specific grade level you would prefer to teach and why. Moreover, all teacher applicants should also submit a teaching video that displays creativity and a connection with students.
